Shipping policy

We ship across India with free standard delivery on every order, and to 35 countries worldwide with per country shipping rates.

Dispatch timelines

  • In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order, customised, or made-to-order items follow the timeline communicated at the time of booking.

Delivery estimates within India (once dispatched)

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5 to 8 business days
  • Remote pin codes: 8 to 12 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons, festival periods, or due to courier disruptions. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide across the Gulf, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the UK, Europe, North America, Oceania and East Asia. Each destination has a minimum charge that covers the first piece in your order, plus a small additional charge for every extra piece. The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and the number of pieces.

Minimum charge (first piece), with the additional per piece charge shown in brackets:

  • United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, UAE, Oman: from Rs. 2,000 (Rs. 500 per additional piece)
  • Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Israel: from Rs. 2,500 (Rs. 600 per additional piece)
  • Europe and Japan: from Rs. 3,000 (Rs. 750 per additional piece)
  • Nepal: from Rs. 1,500 (Rs. 350 per additional piece)
  • United States, by USA Speed express: from Rs. 4,500 (Rs. 1,100 per additional piece)

International orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, and United States orders within 3 to 5 business days by USA Speed. All prices are billed in Indian Rupees (INR); your bank converts the amount to your local currency at its prevailing rate. Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are payable at delivery if applicable.

Incorrect address or delivery failures

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Undelivered packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a query with the courier.
