Sophiya's Designs is a women's clothing boutique based in Thamarassery, Kerala, India. We design and curate ethnic wear — salwar sets, chikankari pieces, co-ord sets, and unstitched fabric — for retail customers across India.

2. Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images and colours are represented as accurately as possible; slight variation is natural in handworked pieces.
  • Availability and pricing may change without notice.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example: suspected fraud, inventory error, or payment issues) with a full refund to the customer.

5. Returns and refunds

All content on this website — photographs, copy, and designs — is the property of Sophiya's Designs. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, except where required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
